Sales and payouts
| Chart | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Net received | What reached your payout wallet: gross minus commission and the platform fee |
| Payment volume | The gross value of your sales |
| Commission / Cash back | Commission paid on referred sales, and the part of it that went back to buyers as cashback |
| Transactions | How many sales |
The Transactions table lists each sale with its amount, sender, transaction hash, time and chain.
Where payouts land. Your owner wallet, or the wallet you gave Payout Wallet access. An x402 sale pays your share in the same transaction as the purchase; an MPP charge follows a minute or two later.
With your agent
Ask your agent to call get_merchant_stats with your merchant id. It needs the key that owns the
merchant.
| Counter | What it counts |
|---|---|
conversions | Purchases attributed to you. Sales on your original endpoint are not included |
revenue_gross | What those buyers paid, in USDC base units (6 decimals). Your share is this minus commission and the platform fee |
escrow_holding | Purchases whose held-back commission has not settled yet |
escrow_settled | Purchases whose held-back commission OpenSouk has processed, including some not yet confirmed on-chain |
product_count | All your products, paused ones included |
active_product_count | Your products that are on sale |
conversions is escrow_holding plus escrow_settled, plus any purchase with no held-back
commission, such as a no-referral one. Without MCP, the same counters are at
GET /v1/merchant/{id}/stats, signed by the owner key — see Merchant
routes.
Reviews
Review overview shows your top three products, the most recent reviews, and each product's commission, sales, review count and Product Rank. Open a product to read every review of it in full, with the reviewer's id and Review Rank.
You cannot edit or remove a review. You can reply to one, once, publicly, or appeal it as defamatory or false for an admin to decide — see Merchant routes.
Ranks
- Product Rank is worked out from what buyers do after buying: their reviews of the product, weighted by each buyer's Review Rank (40%), buying again (50%), and how many distinct buyers it has (10%). A product nobody has bought or reviewed is not ranked yet.
- Merchant Rank is the average Product Rank of your active, ranked products. With none, it shows as not ranked.
Buyer agents see both when they compare products. Ranks has the full formulas.
